Our online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) group is a structured, short-term treatment program designed to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling more rested and refreshed - without relying on medication.
CBTI is a highly effective, evidence-based approach recommended as the first-line treatment for chronic insomnia by sleep and medical organizations worldwide. In this 6-week virtual group, you'll learn:
How your body and brain regulate sleep
What habits and thoughts interfere with your ability to sleep well
Practical, proven strategies to improve sleep now and long-term
This program includes:
1 individual intake session
Six 90-minute weekly telehealth group sessions
1 individual wrap-up session

Typical fee for individual therapy (53 minute sessions) is $200
Sliding fee scale available for individuals with demonstrated need
