Hi! I'm Dr. Jasmine Benjamin, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in neuropsychological assessment and behavioral sleep medicine. I am committed to providing culturally competent, affirming, evidence-based care, integrating a biopsychosocial approach. My primary focus is on evaluating adolescent and adult populations, though I am experienced in working across the lifespan.
I earned my bachelor’s degree at Northern Arizona University and completed both my master’s degree and my doctorate at the University of Arizona. I completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship within the Southern Arizona Psychology Internship Center (SAPIC), where I provided individual and group psychotherapy at the Strategic Alternative Learning Techniques (SALT) Center, a program supporting university students with learning differences, including autism and ADHD. During my internship, I also conducted psychological, academic, and bariatric evaluations at La Frontera, a community mental health center. I completed a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at Frye Psychological Services, where I further honed my expertise in assessment.
Outside of my clinical practice, I reside in Tucson with my spouse and dogs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, camping in my home-built ‘skoolie’ RV, and experimenting with new vegetarian delights in the kitchen.
